Team Books are Required at Check-in
In 2018, teams can check-in at their first game gym location. All teams are to check in an hour before their first game. Each team has to have a team book. If you have more than one team, each team should have a team book. The book will need to include, a copy of each players birth certificate, last report card, and team roster. During the check-in process, a location coordinator will review the data and verify that your team is playing in the correct division. (The Elite Basketball Tournament is a grade based tournament, similar to AAU National)
If the coordinator finds an error, the player in question will not be able to play. No additional players can be added to the team, after the team books are approved. If this occurs those games will be forfeited, with no refunds. This information has been posted, so that all teams have a clear understanding of the rules.
